application (collectively, the “websites”) and the service provided thereon (the “service”).

When visiting the website, Fintegra may collect data collectively known as cookies to ensure a more user-friendly web experience. This
data allows (a) the user to avoid having to re-enter information and to aid in navigation between pages of the service; (b) the service to
remember what kinds of information you have shown interest in while on the service; and (c) the service to obtain analytical data on
guest navigation behavior for evaluation purposes. No personal information is stored in the cookies. You have the option of disabling
cookies by changing your browser settings, but the service functionality and ease of use may be compromised as a result.
Third-Party Analytics
We may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyze information such as Internet Protocol (“IP”)
address, browser type, browser version, the pages visited, the time and date of use, the time spent on pages and other statistics order
to increase the website’s functionality. This may also include Google’s User-ID feature, which assigns to you a unique, persistent, and
non-personally identifiable ID to help us recognize you across sessions and devices. While you cannot opt out of such collection you
have the choice to close your account. Google also has its own policies addressing how they use such information and how you may
opt out.

The security of your personally identifiable information is very important to us. When we collect your personally identifiable information
online, we use reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access. However, due to the inherent open nature of the internet, we
cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties such as
hackers. By using our service, you acknowledge assumption of risk. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Only those employees who need access to your information to perform
their duties are authorized to have access to your personally identifiable information.

Dispute Resolution
This privacy policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New York, U.S.A., without reference to its
conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware, U.S.A. for any disputes
with Fintegra arising out of this privacy policy. You agree that if a dispute arises, parties will attempt to resolve the dispute with
mediation in Delaware, U.S.A. or an online mediation service that is mutually agreed upon by all parties. The parties agree that their
good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing other legal remedies. The successful party to any dispute
resolution will be entitled to reasonable costs and fees incurred in resolving or settling the dispute, in addition to any other relief to
which the party may be entitled.

We do not collect any medical or health information about you, biometric information, your precise location data, or your image or any
thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
Personal information may be disclosed in additional, more limited circumstances, as described in How We Share Your Information

Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information to Third Parties
You have the right to opt out of any sale of your personal information by Fintegra to third parties. However, we do not engage in any
disclosures that would be considered sales of data under the CCPA.
Right to Know and Request Access to and Deletion of Personal Information
You have the right to request access to personal information collected about you and information regarding the source of that personal
information, the purposes for which we collect it, and the third parties and service providers with whom we share it. You also have the
right to request in certain circumstances that we delete personal information that we have collected directly from you. We may have a
reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than
you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
How to Submit an Access or Deletion Request
You may submit a request to exercise your rights to know/access or delete your personal information through the following means:

You may authorize another individual or a business registered with the California Secretary of State, called an authorized agent, to
make requests on your behalf through these means.
Verification Procedures
To process your request to know/access or delete personal information we collect, disclose, or sell, we must verify your request. We
verify your identity by asking you to provide personal identifiers we can match against information we may have collected from you
previously and confirm your request using the email, or telephone account stated in the request.
We will not use personal information we collect in connection with verifying or responding to your request for any purpose other than
responding to your request.
Special Information for Job Applicants
When you apply for a job with Fintegra we collect certain information about you as outlined in this Policy. Information may be collected
about you in multiple ways: you may provide it to us in connection with your application; we may make observations in the application
process or collect information from public information sources; or you may authorize us to collect information from other sources, such
as a former employer or reference. In certain circumstances, you may submit your application for employment through a third-party
service that displays our job posting. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party services. Please review their privacy
policies carefully prior to submitting your application materials.
Special Information for Nevada Residents
Residents of the State of Nevada have the right to opt out of the sale of certain pieces of their information to other companies who will
sell or license their information to others. At this time, Fintegra does not engage in such sales. If you are a Nevada resident and would
